Bushi 侍 Community is a social place, we feel it is necessary to set out a clear set of guidelines for how we expect our members to behave, what is expected of them, and what they will get out of it in return. By applying to join the Community you are assumed to have read, understood and agreed to the rules in this charter, so ignorance of the rules does not excuse poor behavior.
All potential members must demonstrate a good attitude, fair game-play and friendly personality, since, joining the Bushi 侍 Community, they will become our representative in ArcheAge and their conduct and behavior will reflect on entire Community.
In order for this Community to work properly, communication is vital. Just as we expect people to be honest, we feel it is important that our members are able to express their feelings and thoughts to each other. All our members communicate regularly through a program called “Teamspeak 3”. We expect you to check the website for news, announcements, events and general updates.
As a member of the Bushi 侍, you are expected to - at all times - act as an ambassador. This means that your behavior must at all times reflect the values of the Community. As a Bushi 侍 we are more interested in playing games to enjoy them and work as a team than for anybody's individual personal glory.
An important element as a member of this Community is respect. If you don't respect your fellow Bushi 侍 friend, then you can never expect respect for yourself. This goes for the people we play against as much as your fellow Bushi 侍 friends. Online gaming attracts trash talking and animosity, but we should always try to rise above it and continue to treat fellow players and opponents with respect. Remember that you are representing us whenever you play in public.
While we are gaming anything said against you, like blaming you for failing, cursing at you etc ... should not be taken seriously and should be ignored. We all know that sometimes our blood can boil and we get mad, angry and so forth. Don't take it personal.
To those bitching and moaning at others chill out, if you get frustrated just log off and come next time.
Remember we all have boiling point, if someone has a personal problem with another go in private chat and talk it out.
Respect each other please!!!
While PvPing there is no flaming ,berating or bad behavior against enemy player when you lose or win the fight.
Stay off public chat channels during PvP or at any other time except when helping or trading with people.
Do not argue on Public channels.
Don't insult ANYBODY from any other Community.
Although we are a universal Community and we allow members from all nationalities in the Community, you must only use English in Community chat. Unless of course there are only 2 or 3 of you online and you all understand the same language you can speak your native. However if there is even ONE member who doesn’t speak your native language, you must use English.
Please make an effort to help Members with questions/problems, again if you're busy at least let the one asking know you can't help and if possible refer them to someone who can.
Do not use Community chat as a substitute for party chat, since it may crowd out some important Community discussions and it may not get seen by some of the other members of your party.
When in a party, (especially in instances), it is a good idea to switch to the party chat window, since you will not miss important constructions or questions and answers on tactics.
Using Community chat as a substitute makes things confusing for yourself and others.
Members may not use cheats or exploits, also no RMT, scamming of other players in games...
Upholding of all Community values and rules is required of all members. There are no exceptions whether you are a member for 10 days or 10 years. All members must maintain the values of the Community.
Members need to behave in a mature, professional, team focused manner. Self focused, loot focused, immature people will not be tolerated
Make friends in the Community. At our core we are a Team Of Friends. So make friends. Those friendships make us strong.
Everyone has rights to his own opinion about anything but do not force your opinion on other people, even if you think you are right.
Do not use guild chat to argue with leaders decision's, but instead send them PM regarding personal opinion.
Do not use guild chat to argue about anything use Whisper for that.
There can be cursing and bad language on TS3 ,so if you are a delicate flower be aware of that.
We expect honesty of our members. It is very important that everyone within Community shares their honest opinion with each other concerning Community issues.
